Hotel Augustine, Prague

4. 6. 2014

The mediaeval Augustinian monastery in the Lesser Quarter in Prague has been transformed into a hotel: the luxury, elegant and timeless Hotel Augustine.

When looking from the windows of the five-star Hotel Augustine, part of the Rocco Forte Collection hotel chain, you are greeted with the same view as hundreds of years ago: the monastery courtyard and chapel, the Church of St. Nicholas or the Cathedral of St. Vitus at Prague Castle.

Every room is exceptional: you’ll be greeted by, for example, vaulted ceilings, original doors, frescos and other architectural elements. The unique, legendary Tower Suite in the monastery tower gives you a panoramic, 360-degree view of Prague without getting out of bed. Hotel Augustine also includes the Lichfield monastery restaurant, Lichfield Café and Tom’s Bar in the former refectory, decorated with frescos.
