The U Dělové koule Restaurant is located in Hotel Jičín in the centre of the city, stylised in the year 1866, decorated with weapons, pictures and uniforms from the Prusso-Austrian War. A famed local speciality is the knuckle of lamb with bacon, and the duck caldoun with bread dumplings stands out from among the soups. You can also enjoy homemade pasta.
