Budweis Hotel – unexpected specialities

The Budweis Hotel is located right in the historical centre of České Budějovice, with a history reaching right back to the 14th century. The hotel restaurant offers Czech and regional specialities, for example “Grenadier’s March” – a simple yet tasty dish from the so-called military cookery book, which you won’t usually find on a restaurant menu. If the weather is nice, you can have a seat on the summer terrace and garden. The large Přemysl Otakar II Square is close to the hotel. Don’t hesitate to take a look at it before or after lunch.
