Personages, Dates, History:
*In 1820 Vincent Priessnitz set up the spa program based on the effects of cold spring water. He combined water cure with climate-therapy and diet.
*Best-known spa building is the Priessnitz House. Architect Bauer built it in 1910.
*Professor MUDr.Josef Reinhold made Jeseník world-famous by the treatment of neuro-psychiatric diseases.





Anyone who enjoyed playing at soldiers as a kid, who loves history, or who just wants to see something special should certainly head for the South Moravian town of Slavkov u Brna at the end of November.
