A picturesque Gothic royal castle, founded in the 13th century on the place of an older Romanesque building, enlarged in the period of the reign of Wenceslas IV and rebuilt in the 16th century. In the 19th century partially demolished, a prison set up here, since 1898 a town museum. Expositions: historical china, history, archaeology, the architectural development of the castle, a torso of a Romanesque rotunda, prison cells, a tower with a view. A permanent exhibition of spooks.
