A Renaissance chateau from the second half of the 16th century featuring a courtyard with arcades. Later it was adapted in the Baroque style a decorated with elaborate stucco in Mannerist a Baroque styles. The paintings in the Rabbit Hall depict life in the Rabbit Empire – a rebellion of rabbits against dogs a people (an upside=down world). The museum contains a unique collection of Haban ceramics; seasonal exhibits are presented here along with an exhibit on the history of Bučovice.
