Booking a presentation on the Czech Republic

Every presentation requires:

reservation of a meeting room
use of IT equipment (laptop, projector)
creation of press kits
refreshments – soft drinks
normally two members of the CzechTourism team will be responsible for the presentation
the presentation should not last more than 60 minutes

Presentation content:

general information on the Czech Republic
CzechTourism activities, the strategy for marketing the Czech Republic on foreign tourism markets
analyses of developments in incoming tourism to the Czech Republic in the years 1992–2007
analyses of a single source country, seasonal fluctuations, trends etc
discussion, question-and-answer session

Cost:

Presentations for official delegations (NGOs, local authorities, state bodies): free
Presentations for schools:

- in a foreign language: 3,000 Kč. If a school in another country expresses an interest in hosting a presentation, this figure will be quoted in euros according to the exchange rate at the time.

- in Czech for foreign students (the school should ensure an interpreter is present): 2,000 Kč
