Booking a presentation on the Czech Republic
Every presentation requires:
- reservation of a meeting room
- use of IT equipment (laptop, projector)
- creation of press kits
- refreshments – soft drinks
- normally two members of the CzechTourism team will be responsible for the presentation
- the presentation should not last more than 60 minutes
Presentation content:
- general information on the Czech Republic
- CzechTourism activities, the strategy for marketing the Czech Republic on foreign tourism markets
- analyses of developments in incoming tourism to the Czech Republic in the years 1992–2007
- analyses of a single source country, seasonal fluctuations, trends etc
- discussion, question-and-answer session
Cost:
- Presentations for official delegations (NGOs, local authorities, state bodies): free
- Presentations for schools:
- in a foreign language: 3,000 Kč. If a school in another country expresses an interest in hosting a presentation, this figure will be quoted in euros according to the exchange rate at the time.
- in Czech for foreign students (the school should ensure an interpreter is present): 2,000 Kč
