Hotel Avalanche – new opportunities in the vicinity of the best-known ski resorts in Jeseníky

The newly built Avalanche hotel complex is located in the Hrubý Jeseník area near the village of Dolní Moravice close to Praděd, the highest mountain in Moravia and Silesia (1,491 metres above sea level).
The hotel complex includes a reception desk, restaurant, café, outdoor hearth, nine conference rooms, indoor swimming pool with counter flow, a fitness centre, sauna, bowling, pool table, darts, table tennis, as well as a multifunctional sports ground for volleyball, basketball and football-tennis, a tennis court, and an outdoor fireplace. By prior arrangement, visitors can go horseback riding and, in winter, ride on Russian sleighs right from the hotel. Not far from the hotel (above Dolní Moravice), there is a crossroads for the majority of cross-country skiing routes. One route is accessible in front of the hotel. There are many great opportunities for downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, hiking and cycling in the vicinity of the hotel. There is also a stylish wine cellar on the premises, with a maximum capacity of 60 places, available for get-togethers and tasting of Moravian and world wines. At full capacity, 190 guests can be accommodated on the premises in an extensive complex of four hotel-type buildings, seven bungalows and three guest houses.
The AVALANCHE ski resort provides four chair lifts, three other lifts, and five ski slopes. Near the hotel, a snow park has been built with artificial snow machines, night lighting and a skating rink. There are also another 27 ski slopes in the neighbouring area of the hotel. Rental of skis, snowboards, snowshoes and snow scooters, as well as operating sleigh transport, is being planned.
