A torch-lit procession from Freedom Square (náměstí Svobody) to the Great Square (Velké náměstí), a medieval fair with demonstrations of old crafts, a market, and fireworks – these are the highlights of the historic festival. Of course, Queen Elizabeth Richeza and her entourage will be present, along with musicians, dancers, conjurers, fencers, street theatre, a knights’ encampment, and a medieval tavern. A torture room and a demonstration of real torture are also noteworthy.
