Grand Restaurant Festival takes place right in the interior of selected establishments from the Maurer's Grand Restaurant Selection gastronomic guide. People can sample sumptuous delicacies at discounted festival prices.
Once again both traditional and original dishes conceived by the best chefs in the country will await you. You can sample dainties such as fillet of crocodile, quail legs on pancetta stuffing, half a Canadian lobster prepared according to the Maine style or grilled fillet of Litomyšl trout.
The unique gastronomic event is being held by the organizers of the successful project Prague Food Festival. The idea of the festival is to enable anyone who is interested in high-quality cuisine to visit the best and also often the most expensive Czech etablishments, for a symbolic price.
