Prague’s gastronomic event of the year offers year after year the chance to try dishes from the best chefs and restaurants. You can try them to your heart’s content, explore new flavors and surprising combinations of known and tried-and-tested recipes. Each restaurant offers appetizers, soups, main courses, desserts and a specially-curated festival menu, highlighted by test-taste booths with coffee, chocolate, wines, beer and other delectable items. Theme cuisine is reflected in the accompanying program, including wine testing, bartending school, learning how to pour beer on tap and discussions with interesting guests.
