The Lipno Reservoir in Šumava (Bohemian Forest) is 48 km long and its shores are 10 km apart at its widest point - it offers ideal sailing conditions. In late August, Lipno will again welcome a flotilla of sailboats at the Sailing Championship of the Czech Republic. Competing will be boats in the RS700 class (the latest and fastest monohull sailboats) and the RS Feva class (modern two-person sailing class for children and young people).
