Take a peek into the kitchens of the Škoda Auto motor works in Mladá Boleslav, one of the largest Czech engineering companies. The excursion starts in the Škoda Museum, where you will learn about historical cars and watch a short film about the history of the company, which was founded in 1895 under the name Laurin & Klement. In terms of the three permanent exhibitions (Slávia, 100 years of Škoda and the Engine Gallery) you will familiarise yourself with the history of the motor works from its beginnings to the present day. You will then move on directly to operations, where you will pass through the various stages of production of a car. You will visit the engine works and the welding shop. Standing on a raised gallery, you will have the whole assembly line in the palm of your hand. Get to know a futuristic world where well organised work by humans is combined with the work of robots.
