Botanical Garden: transport yourself from Prague to a Mexican desert
Since its opening, the Botanical Garden in the Troja basin of Prague has grown significantly. Today, you can see native species of Japanese plants, a collection of irises, and a geographic exhibition of plants from Turkey and the Mediterranean. Visit the Fata Morgana tropical greenhouse, which is open year round and is unique in Europe. You can transport yourself to the Australian bush, southern Africa and the Mexican desert in the Petrified Forest exposition. Do not miss a tour of the St. Claire Vineyard (Vinice Svaté Kláry): Here you can enjoy a tasting of wines and also visit the Baroque St. Claire Chapel.
