What was once a widow’s residence was converted into the brewery you see today thanks to the influence of an ever increasing level of consumption of beer. The brewery took its name from the Austrian aristocratic family Eggenberg who acquired the estate in Český Krumlov in 1662. Take a look behind the scenes in the brewery and uncover the secret of bottling, fermentation and storage of beer.
