Chateau Kunín

The chateau was built in the first half of the 18th century by the well-known Austrian master builder J. L. von Hildebrandt and it belongs among the pearls of Moravian Baroque architecture. At the turn of the 18th and 19th century there originated one of the most modern educational institutes of central Europe at that time there. The chateau went through extensive reconstruction and the original chateau collections were returned to it.
