Column of the Holy Trinity in Olomouc
The largest Baroque sculpture of the Czech Republic was inscribed in 2000 among the UNESCO monuments. Participating personally in the ceremonial sanctification of the 35 m high column in 1754 was the Empress Marie Terezie. The column is decorated by many sculptures from the workshop of the excellent Moravian sculptor O. Zahner.
