Cathedral of St. Peter and Paul in Brno

The temple, together with the castle Špilberk, forms the characteristic silhouette of the town Brno. The original Romanesque basilica on the hilltop Petrov was re-built in the Gothic style, the western façade and the towers were built additionally at the beginning of the 20th century only. Apart from the Baroque temple interiors open for the public are both towers with observation balconies and the crypt.
