Dietrichstein's Palace in Brno

In the first half of the 17th century the Olomouc bishop cardinal Dietrichstein had the Baroque palace at Zelný trh built as one of the family seats. Located in the palace are several permanent expositions of the Moravian Land Museum – the Extinct Life in Moravia, the World of Minerals, the Primeval Ages of Moravia, the Large Moravia, Moravian Villages in the Middle Ages and the Memorial of prof. Karel Absolon.
