The cemetery church at Zelená hora, since 1994 a UNESCO monument, is the work of architect J. B. Santini. According to the legend about St. John of Nepomuk, at the place of his drowning five stars appeared, therefore, parts of the building repeat the symbolic of the five – the floor plan of five-pointed star, five entrances, five triangular and five oval chapels, five altars, five stars and five angels at the main altar. The church is surrounded by the cemetery lined by arcades in the form of ten-pointed star.
