Labský důl

The beauty of the wild rocky gorge that was deepened by the Labe river in the first kilometres of its flow is stressed by several waterfalls. The largest one is the Pančavský waterfall the waters of which fall from the rock edge to the depths of 250 m. Near to the Labská cottage is the about 40 m high Labský waterfall established above which was formerly, due to an increase in the effect, a reservoir with the gate. Due to the protection of the nature that attraction was abandoned and the Labský waterfall today has the natural cascade character.
