1. I. – opening of a new permanent exposition of toys with exhibits composed into sceneries of traditional fairy-tales
East-Bohemian Museum in Pardubice
The museum has its seat in the Renaissance chateau and deals with Czech glass-making creation, the nature of eastern Polabí and numismatics. The permanent expositions are completed by a collection of picture postcards Orbis pictus, knights halls with valuable wall decorations and a collection of toys. A European unique is the permanent exhibition of fire and cold weapons where the visitors may try on functional replicas the functioning of some mechanisms.
