National Natural Preserve SOOS
The extensive peat-bog and poor fen with a quantity of mineral springs and springings of carbon dioxide reminds of the fragment of the preserved primeval Tertiary period landscape. Passing through the most interesting places is the educational path, in the entrance area there is the natural geological park, rescue station of animals, museum devoted to the nature and fauna of the area of Cheb and a paleontological exposition with models of primeval animals in the life size.
