Monastery of Premonstrates in Teplá
The monastery founded in 1193 was for centuries the spiritual, cultural, scientific and economic centre of the whole area. The sightseeing includes, especially the Romanesque-Gothic church of the Annunciation of the Lord with late Baroque decoration, exhibits from monastery museum collections and the valuable library, after the Strahov monastery the second largest monastery library of the Czech Republic.
