Cheb Castle

The castle of the type of imperial palace is one of the most important Romanesque monuments of the Czech Republic, the best preserved parts include the chateau chapel of St. Erhard and Uršula and the Black Tower, a part of the Romanesque fortification. Preserved from the Baroque re-building into a citadel have been the brick fortifications with casemates where a permanent exhibition is installed of the Cheb stove-fitters' trade.
