Native House of Adalbert Stifter in Horní Planá
A considerable part of creation of the Austrian prose-writer, poet and painter was influenced by the surroundings of the native Horní Planá and the simple style of life of his ancestors who lived in Šumava from the second half of the 17th century. The bilingual exposition that reminds the personality and work of A. Stifter (1805-1868) in relation to his place of birth and native country are completed by short-term exhibitions.
