Tower of the Temple of St. Nicholas

The Baroque temple with the vast cupola and the 65 m high bell tower built according to the project of architect Kryštof and his son K. I. Dienzenhofer belongs among the most beautiful examples of the Czech Baroque. The bell tower with the observation tower served, still at the beginning of the 20th century, as the last municipal watch-tower, today the exposition Music of the Prague Choirs is located there reminding the musical traditions of Prague and its churches.
